Hey There I'm
Zanaya

my mission is to guide people on a transformative journey towards a more conscious and fulfilling life

How did it all started ?

Let me told you a story..

Since childhood, I have loved combining various styles of movement. I studied breakdance, studied martial arts such as Thai Boxing, and Tai Chi, among other activities. However, the movement lacked mobility and functionality, and I quickly learned that they drained my body, this lead me to have a very bad back, and then a serious car accident brought me to my lowest point and caused life threatening injuries, which lead me to search for things to not only help me heal my body, but holistically help nourish the essence of my self.

I lived in Egypt for nearly three years, where I currently organise healing and exploratory movement retreats that are strategically aligned to to work with the natural energy grid of the planet . I was initiated into ancient Egyptian (Kemetic) yoga and started practicing Qigong, combining what works well for me and taking courses, mainly the school of Chinese medicine, which I study at TCM Longmén in Hradec Králové. I also study psychosomatics, the nervous system, traumas, relationship dynamics, etc. Over time, I have assembled the essential pieces of the puzzle of exercises that the system needs—breathing, visualisation techniques, energy, and movement… I have discovered over time that they complement each other perfectly.

Take the First Steps

No matter what movement, activity, or type of yoga, dance, or art we do, I consider “Embodiment” the fundamental essence. As children, we naturally have this somatic state—relaxed, playful, and curious, yet alert and strong.

But as we grow, we are forced to suppress it and spend most of our time in our heads. In today’s society, we are forced to become robots, functioning only in the head without time to return to psychohygiene and the wisdom that everyone has stored in their DNA, the wisdom of ancestors carried through the genetic line. But times and the planet are changing, old systems are falling

I have several courses you can access right now to begin reconnecting with your body today.

How Conscious Embodiment Works to Help Heal Your Whole Life..

Regardless of our gender and sexual orientation, everyone has both polarities within them, some of us have more feminine (yin), others more masculine (yang). It is important to balance our rational (brain) and feeling (heart) parts. When they are out of balance, we may repeatedly experience cyclic tensions in various areas of life, for example, attracting recurring, often toxic relationships. Ancient civilizations had advanced knowledge of the balance of these dualities and worked on them.

By returning to the body and becoming grounded and centred, you become gentle and relaxed, yet firm, and focused. Embodiment literally means “the giving of a physical human form to spirit”—conscious presence in the whole body and working with its many structures.

Simply described—many people exercise with their body, but only technically while their attention is either just in the brain, (while the field of our consciousness extends about 3 meters around the body) or in the past/future, worries—simply autopilot outside the present moment. This type of exercise may nourish our system with various chemical reactions (endorphins, dopamine.) for some time, but in the long term, it depletes the fire, the vital essence stored in the mingmen and kidneys, leading to decay (entropy). We want to achieve the opposite—expansion so that cells can breathe.

The body is our electromagnetic computer, the gateway of the spirit to the subconscious and memories that stretch back to the moment of conception. Unlike our brain and conscious mind, it remembers everything and communicates with us often and always, in the form of intuition, yet often we choose not to listen to it, and to operate from a place of anxiety or worry caused by negatively charged emotional circumstances in our outer worlds.

This prevents a quality connection with our true selves and to a lesser extent with others, and keeps us locked in a surface-level comfort zone, unable to experience the real depths of perception that this reality has to offer us. Understanding ourselves as consciousness, who we are, is the first step to CHANGE. If we change inside, the entire reality around us rapidly changes, including relationships, finances, mission, zest for life… Where one realizes that no Guru is needed.
